JCTCU Online Banking

In just a few days, our system upgrade will take place and you'll be talking too about all the awesome enhancements and service options available!

 

What do you have to do?

Well, actually we are going to do most of the work for you! No need to worry about your direct deposit, payroll, ATM, MasterCard debit card, checks, payments, etc.

-- we've got you covered. The upgrade should be seamless as far as transactions go and your JCTCU account number will stay the same. Suffixes for your different accounts will be different, but we'll help you out with that.

 

Take note of our hours:

On Friday, June 30th , JCTCU will extend our business hours from 8:00a.m. until 6:00p.m. During the weekend, your account information will not be available. Online banking and our phone teller system, Tellerline, will be offline. Your ATM & MasterCard debit card will work, but limited to smaller withdrawal limits. On Monday, July 3rd,we will re-open for business from Noon - 6:00 p.m. We will be closed Tuesday for the 4th of July holiday. Normal JCTCU hours will resume on Wednesday, July 5th.

 

Back in Business ... Monday, July 3rd

On Monday, your online banking and phone teller system (now called CU*Talk) will have a new PIN number. The PIN will default to the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's Social Security Number.CU*Talk can be assessed by calling (844) 266-1735. You will find some of the systems have a new feel that may take a little getting used to, but you are going to LOVE it!

When Monday,July  3rd clocks in, our "old" online  banking  will  have a fresh look and new name! It's Me 247 will take its place giving you a whole lot more transaction options!

 

Look for the new icon!

All members are going to be automatically enrolled  with  a temporary  PIN number (last 4 digits of the primary member's Social Security Number).  When you log in the first time

-- enter your account number and your temporary PIN.  It's Me 247 will prompt you for a new passcode and through some security questions. It's all for your ultimate security & protection.

App Overview

 

SHAZAM BOLT$ is a fraud transaction alerting, balance monitoring and ATM locator application linked to your USB debit card. Send money with person-to-person (P2P) money transfers and block and unblock your card with the transaction control feature.

App Features

Transaction Alerts

Set alerts for transaction amount alerts, internet and phone transaction alerts, international alerts, and a secondary email address for transaction-level alerts

Transaction Control

Temporarily block and unblock your card by tapping the Transaction Control button in the app. This feature allows you to control when your card may be used.

ATM Locator

Find any ATM nearest you when your location setting is enabled on your device. Once located, the app will provide you directions to the nearest ATM.

Send Money

As a USB cardholder, you can send money to family or friends using the app. When adding a recipient cardholder, the app will send an invite to them to download the app. Once confirmed, sending money is simple.
